The actual track is EQ'd different. Lot of focus for the synth bass and high freq. synths. Al Snow's quotes are joined by repeated recordings of the crowd appearing to be shouting "Head", but in reverse, a high pitch voice saying "I am the one in control" and a lot of phaser sound effects (sounds like an plane passing by).
